Arena & Events

Event performance, revenue mix, segment affinity, and crossover opportunity: connecting operations data to fan acquisition and commercial decisions.

Executive Framing

Arena events are fan acquisition and cross-sell signals, not only operations

Every event is a behavioral data point. A playoff game sellout tells you which lapsed fans re-engaged and which 72-hour window you have to convert them into a season plan. A concert attendance record tells you how many sports-naive visitors entered the arena ecosystem for the first time, and whether you have an automated cross-sell path to capture that relationship before it expires. Without the commercial intelligence layer, these events are just operations.

The module below reads event performance through a fan acquisition lens: who attended, which segments they belong to, what crossover opportunity each event unlocks, and what executive decision the data supports. Sell-through and per-cap are inputs. The output is a prioritized action queue: which CRM sequences should fire, which revenue leaks need closing, and which event formats are worth scaling.

Event Performance

Portfolio summary

Events across the portfolio. KPIs aggregate all revenue streams (ticket, food & beverage, parking, merch, and sponsor activation) into a portfolio view.

Coming Soon

Event portfolio KPIs will populate once the data pipeline is live.

Revenue Mix

Event ROI by revenue stream

Stacked revenue breakdown per event. Playoff games index highest on ticket revenue; concerts are disproportionately dependent on merch and food & beverage. Sponsorship activation revenue is highest in absolute terms on crossover events: the format where brand visibility overlaps two audience types simultaneously.

Coming Soon

Event revenue mix will populate once the data pipeline is live.

Segment Affinity

Which personas attend which events

Affinity scores (0–100) represent the behavioral alignment between each persona segment and each event type. High scores indicate that this segment both attends the event type at a high rate and responds to post-event outreach. Scores below 30 suggest the event type is not a viable acquisition channel for that segment.

Coming Soon

Segment-event affinity scores will populate once the data pipeline is live.

Crossover Intelligence

Commercial opportunity per event

Each event card reads the attendance data for its commercial implication: which segment attended, what crossover behavior was observed, and what executive decision the data supports. These are not post-event reports. They are acquisition and retention signals with an action attached.

Coming Soon

Crossover opportunity intelligence will populate once the data pipeline is live.

Executive Recommendations

Prioritized actions from event intelligence

Each recommendation is traceable to specific event data. Priority 1 represents the highest estimated return at the lowest execution cost. All figures will populate once the data pipeline is live.
